Our Story
Since around 1985 (exact year to be confirmed), our journey has been shaped by a collective of seasoned professionals, each with decades of experience in the mould industry. We began at the heart of production—on the shop floor—where our technical excellence quickly earned the trust and recognition of management.

Motivated by ambition and shared vision, we were selected to undergo a formative five-year period of advanced training in Japan. This immersive experience deepened our mastery of refined techniques and innovation. Upon our return, we assumed management roles within a global Fortune-500 company. It was in this environment that our international perspective was refined, and our ambition to lead the industry was firmly established.

It was this shared vision—rooted in collaboration and a desire for excellence—that led us to establish Topway Group in 2012. From that point onwards, our team committed to building Topway Spring into a distinguished brand known for high-quality springs, precision components, and a legacy of teamwork.
